   The Home page shows the first half of the 60 movement form that we study as the main vehicle  to develop the qualities of Tai Chi Chuan for health, meditation, and the introductory door to martial arts.  This is in the Yang Style, as taught by Master William C. C. Chen, who is the disciple of Master Cheng Man-ching, Yang Cheng fu's named successor.

   These videos illustrate the style and flow of the integrated postures..  

Also presented here  are breathing routines, sword, staff and dao, and forms for special classes.
